Modern Thobs?!

I was driving in prince abdullah's road yesterday when I saw one of the most famous thoub shops in Jeddah, lomar. I usually deal with another shop in Sari street but I thought I should try lomar this time.

It was my first visit to the place and to be honest, i was amazed. The ambience was nice, creative decoration and the shop was busy!! I selected two designs although i liked more..I thought I should try these two first..they told me your thoubs will be ready by the 25th of ramadan!! lol you can imagine how busy are these guys :P

Check out their site, lot of good stuff in there!

Cutie, this is one of the designs I chose! the other one is just normal :)

Simply WOW!

Guys check that out.. I just got this by email today..AMAZING!

Some new business ideas are admittedly over the top. Here's one we couldn't resist – Dinner in the Sky.

Belgian Dinner in the Sky offers event organizers a new way to make their event highly memorable: a table, with 22 seated guests, is suspended from a crane. The specially built table is surrounded by chairs of the type usually found on roller coasters, with four-point seat belts. Hoisted 50 meters (164 feet) above ground, safety is a reasonable concern.

Safely buckled up and floating mid-air, guests can enjoy a meal or meeting, with three chefs, waiters, presenters and/or entertainers standing in an open area in the centre of the table. One of the company's first events (pictured above) was a dinner for 22 chefs, hosted by San Pellegrino.

Table, crane, logistic and security staff are available for EUR 7900 for an eight hour session, which can be organized anywhere a large crane can be placed.

Selling a thrilling edge and aerial view, this could be the next big thing for Sweet Sixteen parties and corporate brainstorming session. One for the events industry to look into! Just don't look down...

That is something!! hehe

I'm Back :D

Okay guys, I'm finally BACK from both vacation and my earlier decision regarding blogging.

I started work on Saturday 9th. I came to the office early as I couldn't sleep proeprly in the night. As some of you already know, a HUGE file of pending work was waiting for me on my desk. The funny thing is that there was a note from my boss on the cover (can you imagine that?? they even put a COVER to the file LOL) as follows: WELCOME BACK, PLS START WARMING UP BY READING THIS FILE) signed by his name :P

My vacation was nice. I went with my friends, Rami & Mohammad. We went to Paris for 4 nights then we spent the rest of our trip in Dubai.

I've been to Dubai before for business but this was my first trip as a holiday. The city is nice, developing (ALWAYS DEVELOPING NO MATTER WHEN YOU WILL VISIT IT) and busy. Malls are WOW compared to our malls in Jeddah. However, the weather was really HOT and humid. Personally, I wont enjoy swimming in such weather. My two friends were having a blast in the swimming pool..pervs lol

In Paris, Mohammed wanted to go to the "usual tourist places" coz he never been there..so we went to Eiffel tower, the Champs-Elysées and other places.

P.S. I hope u guys saw what Thierry did to ITALY in our last match!!!!
